Landlord Gas Safety Certificates

Landlords are legally required, under the Gas Safety Regulations 1998, to obtain a gas safety certificate (CP12) every twelve months for each rented property. Our Gas Safe registered engineers carry out these annual inspections and issue your certificate promptly.

We liaise directly with your letting agent or tenants to arrange a convenient appointment time, taking the hassle of scheduling off your hands.

We can also advise on the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors landlords are required to fit in rental properties, particularly in rooms with heating or cooking appliances.
